Innovative technologies for emission control

Topsoe’s research programme provides continual improvements in process technologies for emissions control. Our unique wet gas sulphuric acid process (WSA) for desulphurisation recovers the sulphur as concentrated sulphuric acid. In-depth expertise in fluid dynamics is the background for development of specialised design of static gas mixers for SCR units for NOx abatement.

The result is tailored designs for grassroot units as well as retrofits with efficient catalyst usage, meeting all specific needs of the plant owner.
