Topsoe's Middle East Representative Office in Bahrain was established in 2007 to cope with the increasing activities in the region. The office covers all Topsoe business areas and serves as the prime contact to the Middle East Region.

The office covers the following tasks

• co-ordination of technical services for customers of Topsoe catalysts and technologies including ammonia, methanol, hydrogen, synthesis gas, sulphuric acid, hydroprocessing and environmental protection
• sales promotion of Topsoe catalysts and technologies as listed above
• introduction of newly developed catalysts/ technologies to the industry
