On May 17th, 2024, Topsoe A/S established a EUR 200 million callable subordinated green hybrid security. The securities will be listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen.  

Topsoe’s Green Finance Framework is aligned with the Green Bond Principles published by the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA) in 2022 and the Green Loan Principles published by the Loan Market Association (LMA) in 2023.  

Topsoe has engaged S&P Global Ratings to act as an external verifier of this Green Finance Framework and the eligible assets by way of a Second Party Opinion. They have given our green finance framework a ‘Dark Green Shading’.
